Yes, Signature 365 and Symprex, our company, are compliant with both the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). When you sign up to Signature 365 you enter into our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We process personal data in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
